Join us for an incredible 3 days at Derby Tasmania. Here's what you get:Pick up from Launceston Airport on Friday morning (contact us if you want to fly in on another day or time).


DAY ONE - FRIDAY 29TH MARCH

Am:Pick up from Launceston Airport and drive to Derby
Pm:Shuttle and ride Derby TrailsDAY


DAY TWO - SATURDAY 30TH MARCH

Breakfast at camp. Saturday is Practice day for EWS. We will also run a shuttle to Blue Tiers in the morning. Ride any of the Derby trails that are open and available. Enjoy the race village atmosphere-stalls, food, beverages, music etc


DAY THREE - SUNDAY 31ST MARCH

Breakfast at camp. EWS Race Day!!! Watch the worlds best race for glory!  Enjoy the race village atmosphere-stalls, food, beverages, music etc We will drive anyone back to Launceston Airport that is flying out on Sunday evening after the race.

DAY FOUR - MONDAY 1st April

Breakfast at camp. After breakfast we will drive you back to Launceston Airport. We will be driving back to Hobart after Launceston Drop Off, so contact us if you would like to be dropped there instead.

Whats included:

  • 2 Hosts/drivers
  • 2 vehicles (one 14 seater Hiace Mini Bus with fully enclosed Trailer and one 4wd dual cab ute and second enclosed bike trailer)
  • Transfer to Derby Tasmania for you and a bike(if you chose to bring one)
  • Luxury camping on the Ringarooma River in Derby.
  • Tents will be set up for you prior to your arrival (twin share)
  • Large, stand up canvas tents, super thick single mattress, Sleeping Bag (rated -20C), Camp Chair, Gazebo with BBQ, eski etc. Pillow.
  • Showers and toilets available at camp ground
  • Breakfasts
  • Shuttles on Friday-can include Blue Tiers and also Atlas and Black Stump shuttles (subject to availability)
  • Return transfer to Launceston Airport either on Sunday or Monday morning

  • Flights
  • Lunches and Dinners (buy them in Derby either at the race village or venues in town)
  • Bike Hire (contact us if you are interested in this: $200 for a Scott Genius 720 for the tour).
